Khama to lose his security & vehicles

News reaching us is that President Mokgweetsi Masisi’s administration has allegedly escalated its onslaught on former President General Khama and today took repressive measures that have left many in substantial shock.

Speaking to The Parrot News Online, a reliable and impeccable source known to this publication ( who declined to be named for fear of reprisal) told our journalist that there are severe measures put in place meant to curtail the former President’s work and charity outreach activities lined up for the next few months. They come following the former’s visit to the north of Botswana to donate a wheel chair and visit to a local charity, soon after donation of his pension and tuck-shop stock in Old Naledi.

The Parrot News Online has learnt that as of today (February 10th 2020) there will be immediate withdrawal of select government vehicles used by the former President, removal of car registration numbers BX 18–0001 Lexus and BX 18 —0002 Mercedes after two years of use and instant withdrawal of core staff from his home and office without replacement.

The Government Spokesperson Andrew Sesinyi could not be reached for comment as he did not revert to an email sent to him regarding these allegations about his office.
